The Training Department was established with the aim of continuing to improve the quality of service and professionalism working at Shay-siud, The department trains the company’s employees from all levels and managed by a qualified nurse.
The training department holds dozens of training courses a year for Israeli and foreign caregivers, controlled courses, workshops and seminars.
The department holds nursing work training courses for employees and non-employees that are interested.
The courses take place in different languages: Hebrew, Russian, English and Arabic.
