Shai Nursing Company was established in 1988 in memory of the late Shai Tsinder, who was killed in the battle in the Bekaa.
The owners of the company
The late Yizhar Tsinder, the late Shay’s father, was the owner and founder of the company together with the 2 partners, the late Goldenberg Marcel and the late Kuperstoch Menachem.
Today the next generation – the owners of the company are: Tsinder Gil, Kuperstoch Shula, Amalia Goldenberg, Esnat Golani.

The fact that the company was established two years after the fall of Shay Tsinder and was named after him had a substantial impact on the culture and nature of the company.
The company is actually a combination of a business venture to provide welfare services and a commemorative enterprise in memory of the late Shay Zinder.
