Short -term service
Elderly after hospitalization (limb fractures, surgery, rehabilitation or acute illness that affect their daily functioning) and are not compliant for the Social Security nursing law assistance, are entitled to seek temporary care & help from Social Security .
The assistance – 86 hours will be given and should be utilized in 60 days. This service is designed to help the elderly in urgent need for care while their approval from Social Security is received in a short period of time.

Extreme health condition
An elderly person who claims nursing benefits and according to Social Security documents is in an extreme health condition, indicating there is absolute level of dependence on others to perform daily operations (walk at home, dress, eat, bathe and going to the toilet, or need constant supervision) – Social Security performs the assessment of their function based on medical documents, which the elderly person attached to the claim, without the need for the elder person examination at his home by an estimate of Social Security.
Elderly people of 90 years and above
A 90 -year -old claiming the nursing benefit can choose a functional assessment by a specialist in a geriatric specialist who will do the assessment as part of his work in a public institution. (Hospital, Foreign Clinic, Hospital Clinic) free of charge from the elderly.
The assessment will be delivered to Social Security and exempted him from examining his home.
Foreign workers
