Shay-siud is dedicated to locate quality caregivers to its patients.
As part of the interview, the carer is asked to supply a medical certificate from the family doctor, a statement that they have no criminal record, qualification certificates and recommendations.
We match expectations of the carer and the patient for best fit.
5 main points:
- Language and gender – It is important to match the patient a man or woman according to their will and that they will speak the patient’s language
- The carer’s physical abilities to treat variable conditions – matching a carer that is appropriate for the physical condition of the patient and able to care for the patient in changing physical conditions
- Character traits – patience, empathy, listening ability to older and sick people in various sickness conditions.
- Recommendations – Always ask for recommendations from other patients or people who knows the carer
- Professional certificates – What is the carer’s education, did the carer do a training course? Do they have more certificates?
Our aim is to give quality care to our patients for their health and longevity.
